PSP’s Zendesk integration connects your support desk directly with Seahawk’s Pro Services fulfillment. As a result, WordPress and Pro Services tickets route to the right team automatically, and every reply keeps flowing through the tools your support agents already use.
Native Zendesk Integration
Seahawk PSP connects to your Zendesk instance using secure API token authentication, similar to how PSP’s WHMCS integration connects billing and provisioning. Specifically, the integration links two critical layers: ticket synchronization and group-based routing. Once you configure it, Zendesk becomes the front door for your WordPress Pro Services and WP Care support queues, visible alongside every other channel in PSP’s Tickets view.
Ticket Synchronization
Tickets flow bidirectionally between Zendesk and PSP. For example, when your customer submits a ticket, Seahawk’s team sees it instantly. Likewise, when Seahawk replies, the response appears in your Zendesk ticket thread. Seahawk respects both public replies and internal notes, so nothing meant to stay internal ever reaches the customer.
Group-Based Routing
During setup, you map your existing Zendesk groups, Pro Services and WP Care, directly to PSP’s queues. As a result, tickets stay organized exactly the way your support team already expects, with no new folders or workflows for agents to learn. You can track routed tickets in real time from Nest Dashboard.
Status & Priority Mapping
PSP understands both Zendesk’s standard statuses and Custom Ticket Statuses. Therefore, ticket state stays accurate in both systems, whether or not your account uses custom statuses. Meanwhile, priority levels (Low, Normal, High, Urgent) sync automatically in both directions.
Reliable at Scale
The integration respects Zendesk’s API rate limits automatically and retries failed requests. Consequently, ticket syncing stays reliable even during high support volume, with no dropped updates and no manual re-syncing.
Setting Up Your Zendesk Integration
You configure Zendesk integration directly from your PSP workspace settings, the same place you manage your Services Catalog and Team access. First, enter your subdomain and API token. Next, run a one-click connection test. Finally, select which Zendesk groups map to Pro Services and WP Care. Because setup takes so few steps, most teams fully connect in under ten minutes, with no developer required.
Data Protection and Reseller Agreements
Alongside the Zendesk integration, PSP onboarding includes execution of all necessary legal agreements. For instance, our Data Processing Agreement keeps customer data handling compliant with privacy regulations. In addition, Reseller Agreements clearly define the white-label partnership, protecting both your organization and your customers.
