No. Only orders placed in your Pro Services package group sync with us. Every other package, invoice and customer record stays in Blesta as it is.

Who sets the price?

You do. Each SKU starts at our suggested retail and you price it at that or above, in Blesta. You invoice your customer; Seahawk bills you under your partner agreement.

Where do tickets come from?

Two places. Every synced order opens a welcome ticket inside the order. After that, customers raise requests in the Blesta Support Manager if you use it for support, or in a separate help desk: we connect Zendesk, Freshdesk or HubSpot for standalone tickets.

What about work that is not a standard SKU?
