Billing and tickets

Sell Pro Services from WHMCS

Generate the Pro Services SKUs in WHMCS, set your own prices, and every order opens its own ticket thread. Only the Pro Services product group syncs, so your hosting billing stays exactly as it is.

From SKU to ticket, inside WHMCS

Selling WordPress care becomes another product on the shelf, and every sale arrives with a thread for the work.

  1. 01

    Generate the SKUs

Push the Pro Services catalog into WHMCS in one step. It creates a product for every care tier and one-off job inside your own Pro Services product group.

  2. 02

    Set your prices

Every SKU starts at our suggested retail. Price it at that or above, and change it whenever you like; the margin is yours.

  3. 03

    Only that product group syncs

Orders placed in the Pro Services product group sync with us. Hosting plans, domains and the rest of your billing never leave WHMCS.

  4. 04

    Each order opens a ticket

When an order syncs, a welcome ticket opens inside it, tied to the customer and the service, so the work has a thread from day one.

  5. 05

    Tickets keep coming in

Customers raise new requests in WHMCS support tickets if that is where you run support. If your help desk is separate, we connect it for standalone tickets.

Set up WHMCS

Five steps, done once. The partner portal walks you through each one, with the exact API permissions to tick.

  1. 01

    Create an API role

In WHMCS, add an API role with access to products, clients, support departments and tickets. Service actions (suspend, unsuspend, terminate) are optional.

  2. 02

    Generate API credentials

Create an API identifier and secret for an admin user with API access, assigned to that role.

  3. 03

Connect it in the partner portal

Enter your WHMCS URL and credentials under Settings → Integrations → WHMCS, then test the connection.

  4. 04

    Push the Pro Services catalog

Choose your Pro Services product group and push. WHMCS gets a product for every service, at matching pricing you can then change.

  5. 05

    Pick a support department

Choose the department for Pro Services tickets. Welcome tickets open there for every new order.

You keep the customer. We do the work.

WHMCS questions

Does this touch our hosting billing?

No. Only orders placed in your Pro Services product group sync with us. Every other product, invoice and customer record stays in WHMCS as it is.

Who sets the price?

You do. Each SKU starts at our suggested retail and you price it at that or above, in WHMCS. You invoice your customer; Seahawk bills you under your partner agreement.

Where do tickets come from?

Two places. Every synced order opens a welcome ticket inside the order. After that, customers raise requests in WHMCS support tickets if you use it for support, or in a separate help desk: we connect Zendesk, Freshdesk or HubSpot for standalone tickets.

What about work that is not a standard SKU?

Use WP Quoter. It turns a client brief into a priced, branded proposal, so custom jobs sell as easily as the catalog.

Will my customer see Seahawk anywhere?

No. Products, invoices, ticket replies and care reports all carry your brand.
